Exciting Updates on the NEW DRAGONFLY 36!
We are pleased to share that the DRAGONFLY 36 project is progressing as planned. However, the overwhelming interest in this new project has exceeded our expectations, resulting in an unexpectedly high number of boats sold. The enthusiasm for the NEW DRAGONFLY 36 has certainly taken us by surprise.
Main hull
We are nearing completion of the various molds and templates for the main hull, and the finalized composite components are gradually emerging. These will form the internal structure of the boat prior to the fitting of the wooden interior.
Interior
The interior design is now complete, and the first set of elm woodwork is in production for assembly later in October. We anticipate that the "wedding" (the process of bonding the hull and deck together) will take place in the second week of November, marking one of the significant milestones in all new construction projects.

Deck
The deck has been fully cast, complete with its headliner, and has recently undergone initial processing, including edge trimming and window cutouts. It has also been successfully tested on the hull, confirming that everything aligns as intended. This is a crucial test to ensure that all 3D designs match perfectly between the hull and deck, and we are delighted that everything fits as it should.

Floats
The floats are currently in the process of being cast, with the float tops and -bottoms now successfully completed in their respective asymmetrical molds (both starboard and port). The floats are being prepared with various bulkheads and internal finishes to be assembled between the tops and bottoms around mid-October, after which they will undergo further processing.
Wings
The wings are still in the modeling and molding stage, as they are not yet of the highest priority.
